Five Good Things for Today:

1. The Miracle of US Air Flight 1549.

2. While that's a hard one to top, I'll add the ferry boat pilots who saw the plane clearing the GWB, realized that it was a crash, not another terrorist attack, got their boats fired up and chugged out to the plane very quickly after it settled on the water.

I love New York.

I have a silver chain that I NEVER take off. On it I'm wearing my temporary replacement spider web pendant.

The jump ring for the pendant keeps opening ever so slightly. It opens just enough to get caught in the open weave of my chain. I'm afraid that eventually it will work itself free or will snag and break the chain.

I've tried squeezing the jump ring more tightly closed. That hasn't really helped.

Would crazy glue help? Other ways to keep the silly thing on the chain where it belongs?
